To sign a lease, you must have the following documents with you:

Valid ID.

• Passport or ID card;
• The driver’s age at the time of rental must be between the ages of 21 and 85;
• In case the driver’s age is between 21st and 23 years old, an additional fee of 30.00 Euro is applied for the entire rental period.

Valid driving license of the relevant category.

• Personal data must match the data of the identity card;
• Driving experience must be at least one (1) year;
• In case the driver’s experience is less than two years (2) years, an additional fee of EUR 30.00 applies for the entire rental period.
• For those drivers who have a driver's license of countries that are not members of the European Union, we recommend to make sure that they are allowed to drive a car without having an international drivers licence along with them.

Bank card (used for collateral).

• The card must be issued in the name of the person who provided the identity card and executes the contract in his name. Cards that do not contain the name and surname are not accepted;
• The validity period of the card at the time of returning the vehicle must be at least three (3) months;
• Type of cards: VISA or MasterCard.

The renter, by default, is also the main driver. The cost of registering an additional driver is 10.00 Euros for the entire rental period.

Payment

• Suggested payment methods:
• Cash - Euro (EUR);
• Bank cards - VISA, Mastercard or Maestro;
• Bank transfer.

Car use

Maximum period for short term rentals is 29 days.

Minimum period for long-term rentals is 30 days.

Using a car outside of Latvia is necessary to stipulate in advance.

With prior approval, the Vehicle is allowed to use in the countries of the European Union and the Schengen zone.

The daily mileage limit is 150 km per day or a maximum of 3000 km during the entire rental period if the rental period is 20 days or more. When renting a car for a period longer than 30 days, the mileage limit is 3000 km per month. The fee for exceeding the limit is 0.20 - 0.35 euros per kilometer.

The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel that was recorded at the time of the start of the lease. 

The cost of the missing fuel is calculated based on the price of fuel 2.00 euro per liter + 10 euro for refueling. 

Washing the car exterior and interior is not included in the price. In case of returning the car in a dirty (note clean) condition, the company manager has the right not to sign the check in report.

The penalty for returning the car in a dirty state outside can be vary from 5 to 15 Euro.

The penalty for returning the car in a dirty state inside can be vary from 5 to 25 Euro.

In case of damage to certain parts of the car's interior, the client bears full financial responsibility.

The use of automatic car washes of the type (Circle K), dry cleaning of the body or washing outside the places specifically designed for this is strictly prohibited!

Smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited! The penalty for smoking is 200 Euro.

All unpaid police fines must be reported before returning the car, but no later than 3 working days from the date of registration of the protocol.

In case if you do not promptly notify us of the fines received, a penalty of between 10 Euro and 100% of the amount of the written out fine, may be applied.

Change and Cancellation

Please inform us about any changes or amendments of your order in advance.

Changes on your part may affect the rental price and terms of use, originally agreed upon at the time of ordering.

Your order may be canceled or the rental conditions may be changed, if after one (1) hour since the moment your rental period should start, you do not show up at the agreed place and there is no way to contact you.

Deposit and Insurance

Deposit amount is defined by the vehicle class as well as territory of vehicle use. All vehicles have both OCTA and KASCO insurances with a self-risk.

Deposit amount is blocked on a bank card:

• from 300.00 EUR to 400.00 EUR for all vehicles that can take 5 passengers;
• from 400.00 EUR to 500.00 EUR for all vehicles that can take 7-9 passengers, as well as SUV; 
• when viewing information on a particular car, the amount of the deposit is indicated exactly;
• for higher class vehicles the calculation of the deposit amount is done individually;
• the above mentioned conditions on deposit amount are applicable for the use of vehicles only within Latvia. Depending on the geography of use, the conditions on the deposit amount may vary.

KASCO Self Risk amount for damages is:

• from 350.00 EUR to 600.00 EUR for all vehicles that can take 5 passengers;
• from 600.00 EUR to 800.00 EUR for all vehicles that can take 7-9 passengers, as well as SUV;
• for higher class vehicles the calculation of the self risk amount is done individually;
• the above mentioned conditions on self risk amount are applicable for the use of vehicles only within Latvia. Depending on the geography of use, the conditions on the self risk amount may vary.

The amount of liability in case of damage to the glass and / or wheels is equal to the amount of KASCO self-risk of the corresponding vehicle;

The amount of liability in the event of the complete destruction of the car is 10% of its value;

The amount of liability in the event of theft of a vehicle is 10% of its value.

Additional Equipment

• Navigation system (GPS) - 5.00 EUR/day or maximum 50.00 EUR/rental;

• Infant Seat (0-12 months) - 3.00 EUR/day or maximum 30.00 EUR/rental;

• Child Seat (1-5 years) - 3.00 EUR/day or maximum 30.00 EUR/rental;

• Booster (5+ years) - 2.00 EUR/day or maximum 20.00 EUR/rental.

Working hours and delivery

Delivery and reception of the vehicle is carried out in accordance with, indicated in the reservation, place, date and time.

Operating time - standard:

Monday to Sunday

09:00 - 19:00

By individual arrangement:

Monday to Sunday

19:00 - 09:00 ( an additional fee may be applied, which will be announced at the time of making an order)

The cost of delivery within Riga City limits is 20 euros. Delivery or collection fee is not applicable if reception and return of the vehicle takes place at the company office at Lielirbes street 1 and/or at Riga Airport.

All taxes are included in the rental price and additional services.

The fees for the use of toll roads, tolls, paid parking are not included into the rental price.
